GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR A-PEOPLE

1. Eligibility
The Corporate Channel Program is available to regular employees who are in good standing and have no pending ethics, fraud, dishonesty, or similar administrative case. Eligibility may also depend on applicable sales, unit, or team-performance requirements prescribed by the Company. Participation in the Program is a privilege and does not form part of the employee’s salary, guaranteed compensation, or security of tenure.

2. Nature of the Purchase
The employee, or the qualified family member nominated by the employee, shall be the buyer of the house, lot, or other property. The employee or buyer shall independently comply with all requirements, sign the applicable reservation, contract-to-sell, deed, financing, and other documents, and pay all amounts due under the applicable transaction.
The Company is not the buyer, co-buyer, guarantor, surety, lender, or financing party. The Company shall not be liable for the purchase price, reservation fee, equity, installments, loan amortizations, taxes, assessments, association dues, penalties, or any other obligation arising from the purchase.

3. Payment and Bank Account
All payments, incentives, commissions, rebates, or other amounts connected with the Program shall be processed through the employee’s nominated bank account or through the procedure prescribed by the Company.
No employee may require the Company to pay the employee’s property obligations. Any payroll deduction, if legally permissible, must be supported by the employee’s written authorization and must comply with the Labor Code and applicable regulations.

4. Separation from Employment
Resignation, termination, retirement, layoff, or any other separation from employment shall not automatically cancel the employee’s purchase. Upon separation, the employee shall remain the buyer and shall continue to be solely responsible for all payments and obligations under the applicable property documents.
The employee’s separation shall not make the Company liable for, or obligated to assume, any unpaid balance or other property-related obligation.
If the employee does not wish to continue the purchase after separation, the employee may request cancellation or return of the unit, subject to the applicable contract, the Company’s standard policies, and the rights and remedies provided by law. Any forfeiture, cancellation charge, or treatment of prior payments shall be governed by the signed contract and shall not apply beyond what is legally enforceable.

5. Family-Member Extension
The employee may extend the Program’s promotional eligibility to a qualified family member up to the second degree of consanguinity, including parents, children, grandparents, siblings, and grandchildren.
The family member shall be separately identified as the buyer and shall sign the required documents. The employee’s participation or employment shall not make the Company liable for the family member’s purchase obligations.
The Company may require birth certificates or other reasonable proof of relationship, including a family tree or supporting civil-registry documents.

6. No Assignment or Representation of Company Liability
The employee shall not represent that the Company will pay for, finance, guarantee, or assume the purchase of the property. The employee shall also not incur any obligation in the Company’s name without prior written authority.
Any sale, assignment, transfer, or substitution shall require the written consent of the Company and shall remain subject to the applicable property documents and company policies.

7. Retention and Employee Development
The Company may encourage employee retention through training, development, recognition, wellness, and other voluntary programs. No employee shall be required to remain employed as a condition for avoiding an unlawful penalty or for preserving rights that have already vested under law or contract.

8. Employee Acknowledgment
By participating in the Program, the employee confirms that:

  1. the employee or the designated family member is the buyer;
  2. the purchase is voluntary;
  3. the employee or buyer will independently pay all amounts due
  4. the Company is not liable to pay, finance, guarantee, or assume the purchase;
  5. separation from employment does not transfer the employee’s or buyer’s obligations to the Company; and
  6. the signed property and financing documents, applicable law, and Company policies shall govern the transaction.
